Tom, President and CEO
For the past 20 years Tom has led two of the largest TPAs in the Western US, and founded an innovative on-site clinic company serving the large self-insured market. Over the years Tom has developed a passion for delivering exceptional service and healthy outcomes to both the plan sponsor and membership alike. Tom has served on a number of industry and charity Boards and is currently a driver for the American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery program.
Jeremy oversees the vision and direction of the integration of Behavioral Health and EAP best-practices into the overall management and administration of the benefit program. Working closely with the clinical team, Jeremy identifies opportunities to “turn a transaction into a conversation” within the administrative process. Jeremy founded Halcyon Behavioral in 2012 based on the premise that the mental health aspects of benefit programs were being ignored to the detriment of both the patient and the plan sponsor.
Lisa, VP of Operations
As the Vice President of Operations Lisa is responsible for leading the operational functions of our claims, customer service, billing and eligibility and COBRA departments. With 19 years of experience in health care administration and employee benefits with specific expertise in mid to large self-insured clients, Lisa is uniquely skilled at executing strategic change management with the overall member experience as the top priority. Her prior experience includes positions in leadership, operations, learning and development and benefits consulting at both national and regional organizations.
Jessica, Senior Benefit Analyst
As the Senior Benefit Analyst Jessica enjoys the challenges of troubleshooting and resolving any issues within a process. Her analytical skills allow her to identify the root causes of issues as they relate to both internal and external processes. With 19 years of experience in both Managed Care and TPA’s, Jessica has worked as a claims processor, customer service representative, trainer and auditor. In her spare time she enjoys creating jewelry and DIY crafts.
Eva, Lead Customer Service Representative
Eva is a lead CSR focused solely on assisting members and providers with any questions related to one of our benefit programs. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and enjoys helping people in need in whatever capacity she can. She has the patience to guide any caller through understanding their benefit program, checking on the status of a claim, or navigating our website for future self-service. She has her AS/Degree in Health Care Administration and has worked in the Healthcare Industry for 24 years and the last 10 with a TPA. Eva donates her time and energy to help her church, local community and school.
Louise, Concierge Service Leader
Louise has always had a passion for helping people and when she started working in the health care industry 7 years’ ago she knew she had found her calling. Not only does she get to help people but she finds the work very meaningful and rewarding. Louise is extremely patient with each caller and is committed to providing excellent service and to serving as an advocate for our members during their time of need.
Amanda, Senior Eligibility Analyst
Amanda has worked in the TPA industry for 10 years. Here at Compass Health Administrators, she is a Senior Eligibility Analyst and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our eligibility data, administrating COBRA, and providing member support when needed. Amanda has always enjoyed working in a capacity to help members understand their health benefits to ensure that all of their health care needs are fulfilled.
Jamie, Claims and Customer Service Supervisor – BPO
Jamie has been working in the medical insurance industry since 2008 in both customer service and claims. She is a true people person and enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in being a problem solver for our members and their families when they interact with the healthcare system. Jamie recognizes how confusing the medical insurance industry can be so she takes great pride in helping the membership navigate through the system.
